One of our customized Travelling Exhibition and Learning Experiences [TELE] collections was exhibited at the WOODSTOCK Art Gallery in mid-February 2017! As with each TELE, The Roberta Bondar Foundation and the host centre get into some heavy planning to make the TELE as vital an experience as possible for its visitors.

New works from the Travelling Exhibition and Learning Experience have become part of the Savannah Survivors exhibition. Accompanying Dr. Bondar’s fine art photography in the TELE, are the framed and matted works of the 2014 School-based Bondar Challenge winners. The show displayed at the First Canadian Place Gallery, TORONTO, from April 1st to May 29th, 2015.
Selections from the TELE were part of an exhibition featuring the work of artists Roberta Bondar and Carole Sabiston. Their show, Dreams & Realities — Human Sensitivity of Place, were featured at the Art Gallery of Algoma, SAULT STE MARIE from February 14th until May 24th, 2015.
The Foundation’s signature program, the Travelling Exhibition and Learning Experience, containing 50 fine art photographs on Biodiversity and Extinction travelled to the TELUS Spark the new science centre in CALGARY, Alberta, from January 24 to June 15, 2014.
Some outcomes from the Open Minds program sponsored by Chevron at Calgary’s TELUS Spark science centre. The Open Minds program focuses on observation, writing skills and critical thinking while achieving curriculum objectives.
During an intensive 5-day field trip onsite at the TELUS Spark science centre, Olympic Heights 4th grade students explored their learning through sketches, acrostic poetry, and personal written reflections on the photography in The Roberta Bondar Foundation’s Travelling Exhibition and Learning Experience.
