On behalf of the City of Sault Ste. Marie, Mayor Provenzano welcomed Dr. Roberta Bondar home today and bestowed a very special honour — the Key to the City to recognize her outstanding contributions to Sault Ste. Marie and worldwide. As the City’s honorary Canada 150 Ambassador, Dr. Bondar will be co-hosting Canada Day 150 on July 1st with Mayor Provenzano.
